I know this is like a month late but for Memeorial Weekend we went camping up to Payson Lakes with my family. The weather man told us the weekend was suppose to be a great weekend with sunshine the whole weekend. . . not so much! We probably got a total of 2 hours worth of sunshine! One night it rained so hard my tent leaked and my bed was soaked! Other then the darn rain the weekend was great!

My Mickey Mouse Pancake. My brother Darrin was our main chef for the weekend and I joking around told him I wanted a Mickey Mouse pancake. When I went to go put my plate together he told me my pancake was ready. It was very tasty and very cute!
