Kailee turns "1"

Kailee is now a year old! Wow, how fast time flys. We had a lady bug party for her and had everyone wear ladybug anntena's for party hats. It turned out really cute! We had a little BBQ and then watched Kailee open her gifts. She got spoiled!! She got many outfits for the fall and winter season that I just can't wait until she can wear cause they are so cute, she also got some really cute toys. Then it was time for Kailee to dive into her cake. My wonderful friend Becky made some really cute ladybug cupcakes. So darn cute!!! Kailee dove right in!! She hardly could wait long enough for us to sing "Happy Birthday". She had it all over her face, in her hair and all over her clothes! Thanks so much to everyone that came and the cute gifts you got for Kailee! We love you all! :)

Having fun at the park!

A couple of weeks ago we took kailee to a park over by our house. Kailee loved the swing! She would get a little scared if we got her going too high, but she still was all smiles! What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon :)

Campout with the Andrus family

This past weekend we went camping with the family. This was kailee's very first campout! She loved it. Aubrey found us a nice spot up Blackfork Canyon near Logan. The campsite was perfert! It was large and even had a little stream running though it. Despite the rough rocky road we had to travel to get there, it was well worth it! We stayed up late and played card games and had to fight for our life against the enormous mosquito's! They were HUGE! Saturday we went to the lower dam at the base of Logan canyon and played in the water. What a great way to spend the weekend! Kailee giving Hayden kisses! She is just learning how, it is go cute! Girls Night Out!!

Angela, Sarah, Savannah, Liz, Candice, Kailee, and me Last week we had GIRLS NIGHT! So much fun!! We met Angela and Candice up in Layton and went to Red Robin for dinner. (Yummy) It was so much fun, we talked about things going on in life, laughed a lot, and of course took pictures! :) Kailee is the one of the youngest and newest gals added to our girls night crew. She did such a good job, pulled all the right faces and sometimes smiled on cue! :) I can't wait until next month when we can all get together again! This time we were missing a few of the gals, but hopefully next month they can make it. I have such awesome friends and i just want to say "Thank you" to all of you, you guys are great! Savannah, Candice, and Liz Me, Angela, and Sarah Doesn't Candice look cute! Kailee let her borrow her bow! Funny story about this picture. Candice and Savannah bought kailee that weird looking green braclet out of the quarter machine. Kailee loved it, however she kept trying to eat it. This is why Candice is never allowed to watch her!! :) Just kidding Candice! I love this picute! Angela took it and I just think it is so cute! Kailee was trying to talk on her phone, but it looks like she is posing for the picture!

Together Forever!

Six months ago Randy and Rachel(brother and sister-in-law) were blessed with a sweet baby boy! Brock Kylen Mellor. Everyone was so excited for them, they had been married for 7 1/2 years and were unable to get pregnant. They were more than ready to bring a child into their home. When they found someone that wanted to give their baby to them they were so excited! Brock is the cutest little guy ever! Those bright blue eyes are just to die for! It been fun watching Randy with Brock. When I had Kailee, Randy wouldn't even hold her. (Except maybe once when I propped her up his lap) He wanted nothing to do with babies. Now that he has is own son, there is just a different look about him, he is a very proud father and that is something I had never seen in him before. He was always TOUGH Randy! :) On May 26th 2008 Brock was sealed for Time and all Eternity in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple to Randy and Rachel. It was so amazing to be in the temple and be able to share that special moment with them. The spirt was so strong and you just knew that Brock was sent to this earth to be with Randy and Rachel! I want you guys to know how much we love you and we are so happy that Brock has come into your lifes!

24th of July Adventure!

For the 24th of July we went up to Silver Lake in American Fork Canyon with some family. It was so much fun. My brother Darrin brought up his canoe and some rafts and we played in the water all day. It was fun to watch kailee in the water. She was scared of the water at first because it was a little cold, but she got use to it after a bit. It was an enjoyable day spending time with the family!! These are Kailee's cute little fat toes! Aren't they cute?
